Eat and Walk Italy team will welcome you in our cooking classes and walking tours. We are a group of young people with a passion for Italian cuisine and for Italian food. Indeed, our chefs are traditional food specialist. We will teach you the tricks of the trade.

The Eat and Walk Italy team will guide you on this journey to discover typical Italian cuisine.

Eat and Walk Italy born from the idea of wanting to convey the love and experience of Italian cuisine. Moreover, we provide the best cooking classes in Rome and Naples of the most typical Italian products, such as pizza, pasta, ravioli and tiramisu. Our cooking classes include lunch or dinner with a glass of wine.

Eat and Walk Italy also provide some food tour around the streets of Rome. In other words, you can taste the goodies and the typical specialties of the Roman cuisine admiring the beauties around you.

Our classes take place in the historic center of Rome, closer to the most famous attractions, such as Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona. As for Naples, the restaurant is on the promenade of the sea of Napoli. On the other hand, you can admire the beautiful landscape with Castel Nuovo. In addition, the class will be in the best and safety area of Naples, near by Piazza del Plebiscito.

You will learn the techniques and tricks from an English speaking chef who will guide you in creating your recipes. We will teach you the recipes of Italian grannies and you will be able to taste the authentic flavors of the Italian dishes.
