You are welcome in the Florence city center to take part in a 3 hours intense Cooking Class about Tuscan style Italian meat, raw meat tartare, tiramisù recipe and preparation.
Are you a wannabe-chef or simply interested in learning the tricks and the secrets behind some of the excellent meat cuts that are served in Tuscany? Join this class near Dante’s house in the very heart of Florence. You’ll be welcome inside a real restaurant kitchen with ‘bollicine’ (sparkling wine) and a typical Tuscan ‘antipasto’ (starter). During this special cooking class, you’ll learn everything about the Florentine Steak, made with the precious Chianina, one of the best Italian breeds of cattle. Professional chefs will teach you how the meat is conserved and prepared before consuming it. First, you’ll be introduced to the world- famous ‘tartare’, learning what knife is utilized and how to prepare the perfect beaten meat. Then you’ll enter the Chianina steak cooking lesson, with all the suggestions regarding seasoning and serving for grilled meats and side vegetables. Before obtaining your meat cutter diploma and the gifts prepared, for a sweet end, you’ll have also a ‘tiramisù’ cooking lesson. In this way, you’ll be capable of preparing a traditional Italian menu.
