Mi chiamo Fabrizio e da 15 anni lavoro come cuoco privato presso le residenze privati dei miei clienti in Italia, Francia, Regno Unito e Svizzera.

Dopo 14 anni a Londra sono rientrato a Genova e vorrei aprire le porte di casa mia a chi volesse provare la mia cucina.

Predilezione per una cucina basata esclusivamente su prodotti di stagione e materie prime di assoluta qualita’.

Mi piace prendere ispirazione dalla cucina tradizionale, alle volte seguendo le ricette tramandate negli anni ed altre volte ancora dargli un tocco di modernita’.

Avendo trascorso molti anni all’estero posso offrire la mia esperienza nel ricreare anche pietanze internazionali spaziando da quelle mediterranee (francese, spagnola, greca, libanese…) a quelle asiatiche (thai, giapponese ed indiana).

Inoltre posso offrire una ampia conoscenza della cucina senza glutine, vegana e vegetariana.


My name is Fabrizio and for 15 years I have been working as a private chef at the private residences of my clients in Italy, France, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

After 14 years in London I returned to Genoa and would like to open the doors of my home to anyone who wants to try my cuisine.

Preference for a cuisine based exclusively on seasonal products and raw materials of the highest quality.

I like to take inspiration from traditional cuisine, sometimes following recipes handed down over the years and other times giving it a touch of modernity.

Having spent many years abroad I can offer my experience in recreating international dishes, ranging from Mediterranean ones (French, Spanish, Greek, Lebanese...) to Asian ones (Thai, Japanese and Indian).

I can also offer extensive knowledge of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
